- What are your top strengths?
- What areas have you identified as needing improvement?
- What challenges do you anticipate encountering while in the U of M DI Program?
- Identify what makes you a top candidate for our program’s Medical Nutrition Therapy / Eating Disorders concentration.
- Please indicate whether you have 1) already completed a graduate degree (please give degree program and institution and date conferred (or to be conferred), or 2) are to be considered for the 1-year non thesis master's program at the University of Minnesota to be completed before the DI verification statement would be awarded
- In 1,200 words or less, tell us more about you by addressing the following in your statement:
- Three references - our preference: two from your academic setting (i.e., faculty members or instructors) and one from a work or volunteer supervisor, preferably a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
